Add ketchup, soy sauce, hot sauce, salt and water. Cook until desired consistency has reached.Directions for Grilled Chicken Satay Preparation:Cut chicken breast into thin sheets and then cut each sheet into two strips.In a bowl, add strips, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, green chili paste, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper powder and oil. Let it marinate for an hour.Take each strip and thread it onto the skewer in zigzag motion.In a pre-heated grill pan, grease some oil and grill your satay for at least 3 minutes from each side.
