Once grilled, you acquire a medley of flavours and textures that your taste buds will love to indulge in!Preparation Time: 10 minutes. Cooking Time: 4 minutes. Makes 4 toasts.Baking time: 13 to 15 minutes. Baking Temperature: 180°C (360°F).½ cup cooked sweet corn kernels (makai ke dane)4 bread slices1 tbsp butter¼ cup chopped onions¼ cup finely chopped green capsicum¼ cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)¼ cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes1 tsp finely chopped green chillies2 tbsp milk¼ cup grated processed cheese½ tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powderSalt to tasteFor serving1 tsp Tabasco sauce1. Heat the butter in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.2. Add the sweet corn kernels, capsicum and paneer and sauté on a medium flame for another 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.3. Add the tomatoes, green chillies, milk, cheese, mustard powder and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.4. Divide the topping into 4 equal portions and keep aside.5. Grill the bread slices in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for 4 to 5 minutes or till the bread turns crisp from the top.6. Place the grilled bread slices on a flat dry surface with the crisp side facing downwards and apply a portion of the topping evenly over it.7. Grill in a pre-heated oven at 180°C (360°F) for another 4 to 5 minutes.Serve hot topped with Tabasco sauce.
