In a bowl add yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, food color, salt, red chili powder, chili flakes, tamarind paste, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and turmeric. Mix all these ingredients well and marinate fish in it for 3 hours and keep it in refrigerator.Now grill the fish until fully cooked and set aside. Directions for dipping: In a bowl add yogurt, tamarind paste, salt and chili flakes. Mix all them well and dipping is ready. Serve with fish.
