Grilled Paneer Sandwich | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

A scrumptious sandwich stuffed with green chutney, pander and also bhaji and grilled - ideal snack to be had with cups of hot tea.

GRILLED PANEER SANDWICH

Ingredients

200 grams cottage cheese, cut into thick slabs
8 white bread slices
Butter as required
4 tablespoons green chutney
4 tablespoons aloo bhaji
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
4 tomato slices
4 onion slices

Method

1. Heat a sandwich griller.
2. Apply some butter on bread slices. Spread 1 tablespoon green chutney and 1 tablespoon aloo bhaji on 4 slices.
3. Place a cottage cheese slab on each and spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on them. Top each with a tomato and onion slice and cover with the remaining bread slices.
4. Grease the griller with some butter. Apply some more butter on the sandwiches, place on the griller, cover and grill till evenly browned from both the sides.
5. Cut into triangles and serve hot.
