Grilled potatoes are super crispy, coated in the most amazing herbs, and are the perfect side to your favorite grilled meat.__________ CLICK FOR RECIPE ___________PRINTABLE RECIPE: https://thestayathomechef.com/grilled-potatoes/ Ingredients 2 pounds potatoes 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed 2 teaspoons garlic powder 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon thyme 1 teaspoon rosemary 1 teaspoon oregano cup cheese, parmesan or cheddarInstructions1 Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Scrub the potatoes clean and cut them into bite-sized chunks.2 Place the potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle them with olive oil.3 Add lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and oregano. Toss until potatoes are well coated.4 Using 4 large foil sheets, divide the potatoes into 4 and seal them up to create foil packets. Use 2 layers if needed.5 Place on grill and let cook for 20 minutes. Occasionally rotate within the grill in case there are hot spots.6 Carefully remove from grill onto a cooling sheet.
