Here in Mexico every house cooker has his own recipe, and to be retty honest, there are other ways of making guacamole that are really awesome, so you cantry many different versons of a same dish or in this case, this "dip" and that diversity will make you feel how great Guacamole is, in every single version.So this is mine... a very simple practice version of my grill guacamole... we made a large bowl of this, and put it on the table, with tortilla chips, and we eat this before the meat, and then with the meat, and then with our grill tacos, and then once the grill time is over, we still have drinks and table games, so we keep playing or singing in the familiar karaoke, and then again we keep eating our guacamole till the end....
