This dish is at the heart of the Indian food scene!GULABI JAMUNIngredientsA few rose petals25-30 small gulab jamuns1½ cups orange juice1 small yellow marigoldMelted chocolate, as requiredMethod1. Pour orange juice in a non-stick pan and heat. Add gulab jamuns and cook for a while.2. Break a few petals from the marigold and add to the pan and cook till the flavours mingle and the orange juice reduces.3. To serve take a flat plate. Dip a narrow paint brush in the melted chocolate and apply it in the centre of the serving plate almost through its entire length.4. Put the gulab jamuns in a bowl and let them cool. Place them on either side of the chocolate strip. 5. Place a few marigold petals on a few gulab jamuns.
