Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Add whole wheat flour and sauté for 8-10 minutes or till it is golden brown in colour.2. Add nutmeg powder, green cardamom powder and jaggery and mix well.3. Evenly spread the mixture in a greased aluminum tray. Garnish with slivered almonds, pistachios and keep aside to cool.4. Cut into squares and serve.
