Gut Healthy Rice Bowl and What does "being well" actually mean? #cooking #ricebowls #healthyrecipes

I am SO excited about this weeks episode of Are You Ready. Ive wanted to sit down and chat with Dr. Chutkan for SIX YEARS after reading her book The Microbiome Solution and MANshe did NOT disappoint! Her knowledge about all things GUT is surpassed only by her passion for health and wellness. Throughout our chat, Dr. Chutkan continues to challenge the power dynamic built into our healthcare system, one that undermines a patients agency and, fundamentally, their health. I invite you to tune in (https://youtu.be/OBvjVR3LI0Y) and be as inspired as I was by this weeks extraordinary guest!
