Haldi and Pepper Ki KheerIngredient QuantityMilk. 1 ltr.Rice soaked in water. 3 tbspCashew nuts broken 2 tbspJaggery. 1/2 cupGreen cardamom powder 1/2 tspTurmeric Powder. 1/2 tspBlack pepper crushed. 1/4 tspAlmond chopped. For garnishMethod:1. Heat milk in a pan and boil for 2-3 min.2. Add soaked rice, mix well and cook for 20 min. on medium flame.3. Wash the Cashew nuts and add to the milk and mix well.4. Add jaggery and green cardamom powder, mix well and cook for 2 min.5. Add Turmeric powder and black pepper crushed, mix well and cook for 10-12 min. Stir continuously.6.
