HALDI AUR PYAZ KA RAITAIngredients1½ cups yogurt1 medium onionSalt to taste½ tsp red chilli powder½ tbsp ghee4-5 garlic cloves, sliced1 tsp cumin seeds½ tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric PowderRoasted cumin powder for garnishCoriander sprig for garnishMethod1. In a bowl, add yogurt. Chop onion and add it to the yogurt, add salt, red chilli powder and mix well.2. For the tempering, heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add garlic and cumin seeds, cook till slightly golden brown.3. Add Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder and mix well. Cook for a few seconds. Add the tempering to the yogurt mixture. Mix till well combined.4. Garnish with roasted cumin powder and coriander sprig.
