HALWAIWALI ALOO KI SABZIIngredients4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and roughly chopped2 tbsps ghee1 tsp cumin seeds1 tsp fennel seeds2-3 green chillies, chopped1 inch ginger, chopped2 dried red chillies1 tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powder1 tsp cumin powder1tbsp coriander powderSalt to taste¼ tsp dried mango powder½ tsp garam masala powder½ tsp sugar2 tbsps fresh coriander leaves, choppedMethod1. Heat ghee in a kadai, add cumin seeds and fennel seeds, once cumin seeds change colour add green chillies, ginger and dried red chillies, sauté for a minute.2. Add potatoes and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.3. Add 1 cup water and cook until the potatoes are cooked.4.
