Cashews - 5-6 split, + 15-20 split pieces
Onions - ¼ cup chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Capsicum - ¼ cup chopped
Green peas - ¼ cup
French beans ¼ cup chopped
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
White pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Coriander - 2-3 tbsp chopped
Green Chilli - 2-3 chopped
Palak / Spinach - 2 bunches / 150g after cleaning
Water - 2 tbsp.
Nutmeg - one pinch grated
Potato - 3-4 boiled, peeled, and mashed
Paneer - around 75 gm grated
Breadcrumbs - ¼ cup + for coating
Salt - to taste
Roasted besan/Sattu - 2 tbsp
Oil - to deep fry
