For Hara Bhara Kabab1 cup chopped and blanched spinach (palak)1/2 cup boiled green peas1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes2 tbsp roasted besan1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp chaat masala1/4 tsp garam masalasalt to taste1 1/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking1. To make Hara bhara kebab, in a mixer, add blanched and nicely drained spinach, boiled green peas and chopped chillies.2. Blend in the blender till smooth without using any water. Transfer the mixture into a big bowl.3. Now add paneer, potatoes, roasted besan, Ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, garam masala and salt. Mix well.4. Grease a non stick tava with little oil and shape the mixture into flat round kebabs.5. Put a kaju halve in the centre of each kebab then put them immediately on the tava.6 Apply little oil and cook on both sides till golden brown in colour.7.
