For Hara Bhara Kabab

1 cup chopped and blanched spinach (palak)
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
1/2 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
2 tbsp roasted besan
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1 1/2 tsp oil for greasing and cooking



1. To make Hara bhara kebab, in a mixer, add blanched and nicely drained spinach, boiled green peas and chopped chillies.
2. Blend in the blender till smooth without using any water. Transfer the mixture into a big bowl.
3. Now add paneer, potatoes, roasted besan, Ginger garlic paste, chaat masala, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
4. Grease a non stick tava with little oil and shape the mixture into flat round kebabs.
5. Put a kaju halve in the centre of each kebab then put them immediately on the tava.
6 Apply little oil and cook on both sides till golden brown in colour.
7. Serve the Hara bhara kebab hot with green chutney and pickled onions.
