HARE PYAAZ KI SABZIIngredients4-6 spring onion greens2 tbsps oil1 tsp mustard seeds¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)Salt to taste1 tsp red chilli powder¼ tsp turmeric powder1 cup gram flourRotis to serveMethod1. Chop spring onions and set aside. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add asafoetida and the chopped spring onions. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.3. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.4. Add 1 cup water and mix and let the mixture come to a boil. Add gram flour and mix till well combined. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 minutes. Take the pan off the heat.5.
