More here: http://www.kikkomanusa.com/grill/Recipe Below: Hawaiian Pulled Pork SlidersMakes 6-8Ingredients:⅓ cup scallion, sliced3 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp ginger, minced1 tsp red chili flakes1 ½ cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Garlic and Green Onion Sauce2 lb boneless pork shoulder or butt roast8 Hawaiian rollsFor the slaw½ cup red cabbage, thinly sliced¼ cup carrot, julienned¼ cup scallion, thinly sliced¼ cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced1 Tbsp rice vinegarFor the aioli⅓ cup mayonaise1 Tbsp Kikkoman Teriyaki Takumi Spicy Miso SauceSteps:Mix scallion, garlic, ginger, chili and Kikkoman teriyaki sauce in a large bowl or Ziploc bag.Add pork shoulder and coat well. Marinate for 3 hours to overnight.Preheat oven to 300ºF.Place pork and marinade in a Dutch oven. Cover and cook for 2 - 2 ½ hours, until internal temperature reaches 160ºF.
