Healthy Aloo Tikki | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

The classic Aloo Tikki in a healthy avatar.

HEALTHY ALOO KI TIKKI

Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, boiled and peeled
1 medium sweet potato, boiled and peeled
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 tsp roasted and crushed pomegranate seeds (anardana)
1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
3 tbsps cornstarch
Ghee for greasing
Green chutney, for serving

Method

1. Preheat air-fryer to 180˚C.
2. Grate potatoes, sweet potato in bowl, add green chillies, pomegranate seeds, coriander, salt, cornflour and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into equal portions, apply some ghee on the palm and shape into tikkis.
4. Place prepared tikkis in the air-fryer and bake for 15-20 minutes.
5. Serve hot with green chutney.
