This Chickpea Salad is a healthy, vegan protein-rich salad that is easy to put together in just 10 minutes. Chickpeas are combined with fresh veggies, flavored with Indian spices along with a tangy lemon dressing. Perfect for snacks or a quick lunch!

INGREDIENTS
2 cup Chickpeas (Chole/Garbanzo beans) cooked or canned
cup Red Onion diced
cup Tomato diced
cup Cucumber diced
1 Green Chili Pepper finely diced, optional
3 tablespoon cilantro leaves
2 teaspoon Lime juice
Spices
teaspoon Black salt (Kala namak) optional
teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder or another mild red chili powder
1 teaspoon Chaat Masala add more to taste
teaspoon Salt to taste
