Healthy & Easy Summer Snacks for a Picnic!

Recipes
FLAPJACKS
1 + 1/2 cup oats
1 mashed banana
1-2 tbsp pumpkin seeds (optional)
2 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp date syrup (or honey, agave syrup, maple syrup etc)
3-4 dices dates
- Bake at 200 C (390 F) for about 15 mins

PIZZA BITES
Whole grain/gluten free pizza dough
Toppings of your choice
I used: tomato and basil sauce, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and olives
- Bake at 200 C (390 F) for about 15 mins

LEMONADE
1 + 1/2 lemon
1 glass of water
3-4 strawberries
Lemon slices

EXTRAS
Peaches
Strawberries
Or any other fruit or berries! :)
