Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 large red bell pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 2 carrots
- 1/2 cup fresh corn
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 1 onion bulb
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped peppers
- 1 tablespoon all purpose seasoning (see recipe link above or use any seasonings of choice)
- 1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
