Healthy iron rich Sesame Rice South Indian sesame seeds rice

Quick, easy and healthy calcium and iron rich sesame rice. You can also make the sesame powder ahead and store it in a jar. Just cook the plain rice. Add little oil and mix this powder to make sesame rice.

For a complete meal, enjoy this with a veggie salad and bowl of curd or yogurt.
