After all who doesn’t love chaat.HEALTHY MOONG SPROUTS KI CHAATIngredients2 cups whole green gram (moong) 2 medium onions, finely chopped1 large tomato, finely chopped2 green chillies, finely chopped¼ teaspoon turmeric powder2 teaspoons chaat masalaSalt to taste4 tablespoons roasted peanuts 1 tablespoon lemon juice½ cup yogurt 2 tablespoons green chutney 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney ¼ cup sev + for garnishing Method1. Soak green gram in sufficient water for an hour. Transfer in a muslin cloth and squeeze to drain out the excess water. Set aside till sprouts are formed. 2. Mix together green gram sprouts, onions, tomatoes, green chillies, turmeric powder, chaat masala, salt, peanuts, lemon juice, yogurt, green chutney and tamarind chutney in a bowl. 3.
