Pour wet mixture over dry and gently combine. Pour batter in a muffin tray lined with muffin liners and bake for 20-25 mins at 400 F ( or until inserted toothpick comes out clean and tops of the muffins are golden brown)Let them cool and enjoy one. You can store rest in an airtight container in the fridge for upto a week.
