Dates 1 Cup
Almonds 15 Grams
Cashew nuts 15 Grams
Pistachio 15 Grams
walnut's 15 Grams

Directions -- Method:

1. Chop the dates finely and put in a blender then make it like a Paste.
2. Micro wave the nuts like almonds, pistachio, walnut's, cashew nuts for 2 minutes, and crush them by using the rolling pin then add crushed nuts to dates Paste and kneed it like a dough,
3. Cut in to pieces as you like and serve.

Recipe - Tips: We can use honey to moisten the dates if required.
