Ingredients:
Instant Oats - 1 cup (200gms)
Jaggery - 1/2 cup (or Powdered Jaggery)
Desi Ghee - 2 tbsps
Milk - 1-2 tbsps (if required)

Method:
1. Dry roast oats in medium flame for 3-4 minutes. Cool down completely and transfer in mixer grinder jar.
2. Add few dry fruits alonh wtih oats and grind it to form powder.
3. Add in chopped jaggery and grind again.
4. Transfer the powdered mixture in a bowl, add in desi ghee/ milk for binding.
5. Grease a modal mould and prepare modak.
6. Store modak in a air tight box. These healthy oast modak can be stored for 10-15 days easily.
