Healthy Potato Wedges | Vahchef - VahRehVah

Potato wedges are a variation of french fries. As their name suggests, they are wedges of potatoes, often large and unpeeled, that are either baked or fried. They are sold at diners and fast food restaurants.

Ingredients:
Potato 200 Grams
All purpose flour 1/4 Cup
Pepper (crushed) 1 Teaspoons
Oregano 1/2 Teaspoons
Salt To taste
Butter 1 Teaspoons

Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes into wedges, put them in a boiling water cook it till 70% cooked.

2. Take a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, crushed pepper, oregano, salt, 1 tsp of butter mix it well. Potatoes drain in a colander and add to all purpose flour mixture, toss together so all the wedges are coated with the flour.

3.Arrange the potato wedges in upwards in a silicon sheet or baking tray and bake them in high temperature for 40 minutes. Serve this with tomato ketchup.
