[email protected]Ingredients:• 1½ cup Red Poha• 1.5 tbsp oil• ½ tsp Mustard Seeds / Rai• 1 tsp Cumin seeds/ Zeera• 1 tsp Urad Dal• Few Curry Leaves• 1 tsp salt• ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder/ Haldi• 1 sliced chilly• Sliced Carrots, Casicum, onion, tomato• Handful of Roasted Peanuts• 2 tsp lemon juiceMethod:1. Wash poha well and soak it in enough water for 15-20 min.2. In a Kadai heat 1-2 tbsp oil, sputter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and few curry leaves. 3. Further add 1 chopped onion, 1 chili and sauté well.4. Sauté until onions shrink slightly without browning. 5. Add in vegetables and sauté for 1 min. 6. Further, add ¼ tsp turmeric along with salt and sauté well.7. Add in soaked poha along with chopped tomato and mix gently until everything is combined well.8. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes or until the flavors are absorbed well.9. Garnish Poha with roasted peanuts, chopped coriander and lemon juice. We use the following items for making our videos:1.
