And SujanFunKitchen is the best place to look for healthy recipes!But, please Subscribe to my channel and if you Like my videos, do Share the videos!Mixed Millets Flour Paniaram Ingredients:Mixed Millets flour - 1 cupCurd - 1 ½ cupOil - 4 /5 tspsMustard seeds - ½Bengal gram dal -½ tspUrad dal - ½ tspGreen chillies - 2 or 3Ginger - 1 inch or soCurry leaves - a fewCoriander leaves - a handfulSalt - to tasteMethod:Mix the Millets flour and curd in a bowlBriskly mix together after adding salt - Idli batter consistencyAllow the batter to rest for 30 minsMeanwhile chop the green chillies and grate the gingerNow heat oil in a panCrackle mustard seedsThen roast the gram dal, urad dal, green chillies and grated ginger - add curry leaves tooAdd this tempering to the resting batterAdd some coriander leaves and mix briskly Heat a Kuzhi Paniaram mould Add some oil to all the slots of the mouldFill the slots with ladle of batterCover and cook over medium flameFlip the Paniarams to the other sideAdd some more oil and cook for some more timeServe the healthy Millets Paniaram with any chutney
