This highly popular breakfast dish is now even healthier, without losing a bit of its yummy taste.Healthy UttappamIngredients 1 cup rolled oats, roasted and powdered1 cup dosa batter½ cup mixed sprouts1 medium onion, finely chopped2 medium tomatoes, finely chopped2 green chillies, finely choppedOil for greasing Method 1. Take oats in a bowl. Add dosa batter and salt. Add water to adjust consistency and mix well. Keep aside2. In another bowl take the sprouts, onions, tomatoes, green chillies and salt. Mix well set aside.3. Grease a non-stick pan with some oil. Pour a ladleful of the uttapam batter and spread it thickly.4. Sprinkle the sprout mixture over it and let the uttappam cook evenly from both the sides. 5.
