Fresh green vegetables cooked with garlic HEARTY GREENS WITH GARLICIngredients20-25 fresh spinach leaves10-12 broccoli florets1 head pok choy15-18 garlic cloves2 tbsps oilSalt to tasteCrushed black peppercorns (optional)1 tsp cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup waterMethod1. Slice half the garlic cloves. 2. Heat oil in a non-stick wok and add garlic. Roughly chop spinach and add to the wok.3. Add broccoli and pok choy, toss and saute. Add ½ cup water and cook. Add salt and mix.4. If you wish you can add a little crushed black peppercorns. Add 2-3 tsps cornstarch water and cook for 1-2 minutes.5. Slice the remaining garlic cloves and mix.6.
