Creamy Herb Chicken with Rice

Ingredients for Chicken Preparation:
Chicken fillets 3-4
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 3 tbsp

Ingredients for Creamy Sauce:
NESTL MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter 1/4 cup
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream 2 packs
Chicken stock 2 cups
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Parsley (chopped) as required

Ingredients for Rice:
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Boiled rice 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Green onion (chopped) 1/4 cup

Directions for Chicken Preparation:
1. In a bowl add chicken fillets, paprika powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper crushed, salt and marinate the chicken well. Let it rest for 10-15 mins.
2. In a pan heat oil and place the marinated chicken. Cook each side for 3-4 mins. Set aside.
Directions for Creamy Sauce Preparation:
3. In a pan heat NESTL MILKPAK Salted Dairy Butter, garlic and cook for a minute.
4. Add NESTL MILKPAK Dairy Cream and cook for another minute.
5. Add chicken stock, black pepper crushed, oregano, salt and mix it well.
6. Add the prepared chicken into this sauce and cook until sauce leaves oil.
7. Your Creamy Herb Chicken is ready. Garnish it with parsley. Set aside.
Directions for Rice Preparation:
8. In a wok heat oil and add garlic. Cook for a minute.
9. Add boiled rice and toss it well for a minute.
10. Now add salt, black pepper powder and toss it again over high flame for a minute.
11. Add green onion and mix it well.
12. Your Rice is ready. Serve it with Creamy Herb Chicken and enjoy.
