A fantastic mixture of fresh herbs, lettuce leaves and medley of seeds make a delightful saladHERB SALADIngredients12-15 fresh green basil leaves15-20 fresh purple basil leaves15-20 fresh mint leaves2-3 medium red radish½ medium onion5-6 iceberg lettuce leaves5-6 lolo rosso lettuce leaves5-6 romaine lettuce leavesFew sprigs of fresh coriander leavesFew sprigs of fresh curly parsley1 tbsp pumpkin seeds1 tbsp pinenuts1 tbsp sesame seedsSalt to taste1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp honey½ tsp crushed black peppercornsMethod1. Put the smaller green basil leaves into a bowl, tear the bigger ones and add.2. Add purple basil leaves and mint leaves.3. Lightly roast pumpkin seeds, pinenuts and sesame seeds.4. Thinly slice red radish and onion and put into the bowl.5. Tear iceberg, lolo rosso and romaine lettuce leaves and put into the bowl.6. Chop a few sprigs of fresh coriander leaves and parsley and add. 7. Add salt, lemon juice, honey and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.8. Keeping aside a few of the roasted seeds, add the rest to the bowl and mix well.9.
