HERB CHICKEN TIKKAIngredients10-12 fresh coriander sprigs10-12 fresh mint leaves1-2 fresh oregano sprigs1-2 fresh thyme sprigs1-2 fresh rosemary sprigs300 grams chicken leg boneless, cut into 1 inch pieces1 tbsp lemon juice1½ tbsps ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp green chilli paste¼ cup hung yogurt1½ tbsps roasted gram flour (besan)2 tbsps cheese spread2-3 tbsps oilChaat masala for sprinklingTo serveOnion ringsGreen chutneyLemon wedgesMint sprigs Method1. Finely chop coriander sprigs and mint leaves. Pluck the leaves of oregano sprigs, thyme sprigs and rosemary sprigs and finely chop them. 2. Take chicken in a large bowl, add lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli and the chopped herbs. Add salt and mix well. Set aside for 10-15 minutes. 3. Take hung yogurt into another bowl, add roasted gram flour and cheese spread and whisk till smooth. 4. Add the marinated chicken and mix well. Set aside for 30 minutes. 5. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the chicken pieces on it and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook the other side on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to cook till chicken is done.6. Arrange the chicken on to a serving plate.
