It also keeps you full for longer, thereby preventing unnecessary snacking. The main source of fibre in this High Fibre Chutney is the green peas, which is supplemented in flavour and texture by coriander. Garlic, lemon and a wee bit of sugar are added to perk up its flavours.Preparation Time: 5 minutesMakes 0.75 cup Ingredients1 cup chopped coriander (dhania)1/2 cup boiled green peas1 tbsp roughly chopped green chillies1 inch piece ginger1 to 2 garlic (lehsun) cloves , roughly chopped2 tsp sugar1 1/2 tsp lemon juicesalt to tasteMethod 1 .Combine all the ingredients in a blender and grind to a fine paste using little water.2. Refrigerate in an air-tight container and use as required.
