1 cup Whole Moong Dal
1 Green Chilli
1 inch Ginger
1 cup Palak
Water
Salt, to taste
Coconut Oil

Recipe 3: Carrot Milk
Ingredients
1/4 cup Carrot, grated
1/2 cup Water
200 ml Milk
1 tablespoon Jaggery
