Ingredients -
Blackeyed peas(lobhya) - 1/2 cup

Figs/Dates - 5
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Almond - 2 tbsp
Flaxseed - 1 tbsp
Soak in 1/4th cup hot water for 30 mins

Water - 2 tbsp to adjust the consistency of batter
Almond milk/milk - 1/4th cup
Vinegar/lemon juice - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/4th tsp
Baking soda - 1/4th tsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Add jaggery powder If you feel batter is less sweet.
