Ingredients for Moongfali Cheela
Peanut - मूँगफली - 1/2 Cup
Chickpea Flour - बेसन - 1 Cup
Carrot - गाजर - 1/4 Cup
Capsicum - शिमलामिर्च - 1/4 Cup
Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, finely chopped
Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated
Black Pepper - काली मिर्च - 1/4 tsp, coarsely ground
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Green Coriander - हरा धनिया - 2-3 tbsp
Coriander - हरा धनिया- 1 cup, chopped
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 inch baton
Green Chilli- हरी मिर्च - 4
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
Lemon - नीम्बू - 1/2 big size

for Coriander Lemon Chutney
Coriander - हरा धनिया- 1 cup, chopped
Ginger - अदरक - 1/2 inch baton
Green Chilli- हरी मिर्च - 4
Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp
Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp
