High Protein Veg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

Boiled Chickpeas – 1 cup
Onion – ½ cup chopped
Capsicum – 1/4th cup chopped
Paneer – 1/4th cup chopped
Jalapenos – 1 tbsp chopped
Parsley – 1/4th cup chopped
Hung curd – 2 tbsp
Oregano – 1 tsp
Red chili flakes – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4th tsp
Rocksalt to taste
Mixed Italian herbs – 1 tsp
Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Cherry tomatoes or ½ tomato chopped
Garlic grated – 1 tsp
Bread slices
Kale/spinach leaves
Clarified butter for grilling (optional)
