Sharing an Indian traditional recipe from the land of Himachal Pradesh, called Sepu Vadi Ka madra. This is a quick 5 min recipe without using onion, garlic, tomato. Sepu vadi ka madra can be served with roti/ rice and even bread. Do try it outIngredients:Sepu Vadi - 150 gmsCurd - 1 cupSalt, Red chili powder, Turmeric powderGreen Cardamom - 2 pcsCloves - 2 pcsCinammon stick - smallOilMethod:1. Stir fry sepu vadi for 5 min. Add in al spices and fry for another 2 minutes till spices are cooked properly. 2. Add 1 cup water and cook till soft. 3. Add in beaten curd and continue to stir the curd and cook the gravy till it thickens up. Add more water if required.4. Garnish with oil tempering and chopped coriander. 5.
