Instant Upma Premix
*Thick Semolina (suji) - 1kg
*Oil - 50 gram
*Hing - 2 pinch
*Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
*Peanut - 2 tbsp
*Urad dal - 50 gram
*Chana dal - 50 gram
*Cashewnuts - 40 gram
*Red chillies - 5-6
*Green chillies - 4-5
*Curry Patta - 15-20
*Powder Sugar - 2 tsp
*Salt - as per taste
*Citric acid - 1/2 tsp
To make upama
*Upama premix - 1cup
*Boiling hot water - 2 cups

Instant Poha Premix
*Poha - 600 gram
*Fried onions - 2
*Peanut - 150 gram
*Curry leaves - 10-15
*Green chillies - 5-6
*Mustard seeds - 1tsp
*Cumin seeds - 1tsp
*Hing - pinch
*Turmeric powder - 1tsp
*Salt as per taste
*Citric acid - 1/2 tsp
*Powder sugar - 1tbsp
*Dry mango powder - 1/4 tsp
*Oil - 10-12 tsp
To make poha
*Poha Premix - 1 cup
*Boiling hot water - above the poha level

Khichdi premix
*Basmati rice - 2 cups
*Yellow lentil - 1cup
*Oil - 1tbsp
*Ghee - 1 tbsp
*Cumin seeds - 1tsp
*Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
*Hing - pinch
*Turmeric powder - 1tsp
*Coriander powder - 1 tsp
*Salt to taste
*Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
To make khichdi
*Khichdi premix - 1 cup
*Water - 3 cups
Take 1 whistle in cooker & let it cool.
