Topped with a tadka and coriander leaves, khandvi is loved by all.Ingredients:3/4th Cup Curd3/4th Cup Gram Flour1/4th tsp Asafeotida1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder1 tsp Oil1 Cup WaterCoriander LeavesGrated Fresh CoconutSalt to tasteFor Tadka2 tbsp Oil1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds2 Green Chillies15-20 Curry LeavesMethod:- In a large bowl add curd and gram flour.- Then add asafeotida, turmeric powder, oil, salt and water. Mix everything well. It should be a pouring consistency batter.- Transfer this mixture on a flat bottom pan cook it till it becomes thick.- Once the mixture has thicken transfer it on a greased tray and spread it evenly.- Let it cool down for few minutes.- Divide it vertically with a knife. Roll out the khandvi carefully.- In a pan heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves.- Add this tadka on the ready khandvis.
