Seafood usually has a very limited shelf life and sometimes needs to be processed immediately. Prawn pickle is a delicious option that you have to increase the shelf life of prawns. Try it out!

Ingredients

Oil
1 bowl prawns marinated in coriander, garlic, green chilli and mix masala
1 bowl pickle masala
Salt to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tbsp hing (asafoetida)
