Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the potato wedges till golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.2. Cut the bigger pieces of the potato wedges in half.3. Heat 2 tsps oil in a wok, add garlic, ginger, spring onion bulbs and sauté for a minute.4. Add the fried potato wedges and toss well. 5. Add dried red chilli flakes and Tata Sampann Chilli Powder and mix well.6. Add red chilli sauce and mix well. Add spring onion greens, chopped coriander, honey and salt and toss till well combined.7.
