Ingredients • Water 2 cups • Ginger 1 inch • Tea leaves 1 tsp • honey 2 tsp• lemon wedge 2 Method 1. In a pan heat water 2. in the mean while take 1 inch piece of ginger and slice it3. crush a small portion of sliced ginger and add to the water4. add remaining slices into the cups. 5. as the water comes to boil add tea leaves. Boil for 30 secs 6. Remove from flame and strain it 6. Transfer into cups 7.
