Easy and tasty, delight your guests with this unique icecream

HONEY NUT ICECREAM

Ingredients

1 litre vanilla icecream
3 tbsps honey
¼ cup roasted peanuts
¼ cup roasted almonds
¼ cup roasted cashewnuts
2 tbsps peanut butter
3 tsps honey

Method

1. Coarsely chop peanuts, almonds and cashewnuts in a chopper and put them into a bowl.
2. Add peanut butter and honey and mix well. Add vanilla icecream and mix with a hand blender.
3. Pour into a plastic box, cover with a fitting lid. Keep the box in the freezer to set.
4. When well set, put scoops in individual bowls and serve immediately.
