Horlicks Oats Spring Onion Mutties | Vahchef - VahRehVah

A rich protein-packed Horlicks oats recipe made in just a jiffy. This is one of the best ways to feed your loved ones healthy with no compromise in taste.

Ingredients: Horlicks oats powder 1/2 cup
Green chickpeas/batani (coarsely ground) 2/3
cup
Spring onion (finely chopped) 2-3 bunch
Green chilies (finely chopped) 2 number
Salt as required
Peanut(coarsely ground) 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
Fennel seed powder 1 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
coriander powder 1 tea spoon
cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon
Sugar 1/2 tea spoon
Yogurt/curd 1 tea spoon
Baking powder 1/4 tea spoon

Method:
Take coarsely grounded green chickpeas in a bowl, add finely chopped spring onions, green chilies, salt (to taste) and mix well.

Now add coarsely grounded peanuts, sesame seeds, give it a good mix, add fennel seeds powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar, a teaspoon of yogurt, powdered Horlicks oats along with baking powder (optional) and prepare a good mixture.

Make small dumplings of the mixture and deep fry in hot oil.
