Heat sufficient water in a non-stick pan. Add noodles and cook.2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.3. Slice spring onion with greens.4. Add sliced spring onion bulbs to the pan alongwith ginger and saute well.5. Finely chop red chillies.6. Add vegetable stock and corn kernels, stir well and simmer.7. Add chopped red chillies, stir to mix and let it simmer. Add salt and cornstarch slurry, mix well and boil.8. Strain the noodles and add to the soup alongwith vinegar. Mix well and bring to a boil.9.
