Ingredients

2 beef steaks, - 1 thick
1 teaspoon kosher salt
teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon garlic powder

Compound Butter:
4 tablespoons salted butter, softened
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
teaspoon salt
teaspoon black pepper
1 splash Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

1 Place steaks on a rack so there is airflow above and below them. Season steaks with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring steaks to room temperature, about 2 hours.

2 Preheat the air fryer to 390-400 degrees Fahrenheit.

3 Dab any excess moisture off the surface of the steaks.

4 Once the air fryer is preheated, place steaks in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes. Flip steaks and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Total cook time will depend on the thickness of your steaks as well as your desired doneness.

5 Once steaks have reached the desired doneness, remove from air fryer and let rest for 10 minutes, topped with the compound butter.

Compound Butter:

1 In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, parsley, rosemary, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended.
