It is the most easiest Nigerian Soup and quite delicious to eat.Please subscribe, share, comment and like.INGREDIENTS 1. Fresh Okro2. Uziza Leaf3. Fresh Meat4. 1/2 Cup of Palm Oil5. 1 Cup of Water6. Yellow Scotch Bonnet Pepper 7. 1/2 Spoon of Blended Cameroon Pepper 8. 1/2 Cup of Grinded Cray Fish 9. Seasoning Cube10. Sliced Onions11. Chopped Garlic and Ginger12. Stock Fish13. Dried Fish14. Salt to TasteMETHODAdd the meat into a clean pot Add the chopped onions, ginger and garlicAdd salt and a little waterThrow in the 3 Scotch Bonnet Pepper and Cook for 30 Minutes.Add the Stock Fish and Dried Fish and cook for another 10 Minutes.Add the 1/2 Cup of Palm Oil, Cameroon Pepper and allow to boil for 10 MinutesAdd the Chopped Okro and stir for a few secondAllow to cook for 5 Minutes Add the Uziza Leaf, Seasoning Cube, Cray fish and a little salt to taste.Cook for 10 MinutesServe Soup with with Pounded Yam or any swallow of your choice.Music Credit: Ikon Bliss
