How to Cook the Nigerian Okro Soup with Uziza Leaf

Welcome back to my channel, this is a video on how I make my Nigerian Okro Soup. It is the most easiest Nigerian Soup and quite delicious to eat.

INGREDIENTS
1. Fresh Okro
2. Uziza Leaf
3. Fresh Meat
4. 1/2 Cup of Palm Oil
5. 1 Cup of Water
6. Yellow Scotch Bonnet Pepper
7. 1/2 Spoon of Blended Cameroon Pepper
8. 1/2 Cup of Grinded Cray Fish
9. Seasoning Cube
10. Sliced Onions
11. Chopped Garlic and Ginger
12. Stock Fish
13. Dried Fish
14. Salt to Taste

METHOD
Add the meat into a clean pot
Add the chopped onions, ginger and garlic
Add salt and a little water
Throw in the 3 Scotch Bonnet Pepper and Cook for 30 Minutes.
Add the Stock Fish and Dried Fish and cook for another 10 Minutes.
Add the 1/2 Cup of Palm Oil, Cameroon Pepper and allow to boil for 10 Minutes
Add the Chopped Okro and stir for a few second
Allow to cook for 5 Minutes
Add the Uziza Leaf, Seasoning Cube, Cray fish and a little salt to taste.
Cook for 10 Minutes

Serve Soup with with Pounded Yam or any swallow of your choice.
