How to Eat in Seattle

We visit a lot of restaurants in Seattle and we cook at home a lot, too--which is where we enjoy cooking up variations of whatever dishes and flavors we find out and about on the town. Seattle is a great city to discover new foods , and we're not wasting the opportunity.
We have a lot of favorite restaurants in Seattle, and here are three of them:
Issian Japanese Stone Grill --1618 N 45th St, Seattle, WA 98103 (Wallingford)
Morsel (great biscuits!) --4754 University Way NE, Seattle, WA 98105 (University District)
Adey Abeba Ethiopian Restaurant --2123 E Union St, Seattle, WA 98122 (Central District)
